Innovation is something that comes naturally to Peter. For over 30 years he has worked in estate agency and has become an expert in developing a niche business. In 2004 he decided to go at it alone creating an agency solely dedicated to apartments in Bath, The Apartment Company. Combining his wealth of local knowledge with a passion for marketing, service, and results, he is consistently evolving, always looking for opportunities/technologies that can streamline the business and ultimately improve customer experience. It is his appetite for marketing that sets him apart, as he continues to adopt new strategies, increasing exposure whilst delivering high-end materials. Day to day, he conducts property appraisals, spends time talking to clients and manages the business overall. The strength of The Apartment Company is not only down to his commitment and determination but also down to the team; Peter always prioritises his team, ensuring they are happy and feel valued.
Sharon Clesham, Branch Manager
With over 20 years in estate agency and a wealth of knowledge of the city of Bath, Sharon is highly experienced and a dedicated team player.
Holding a crucial role within the Apartment Company as Branch Manager, she is the main point of contact for vendors, attending the majority of market appraisals and advising clients on how best to sell their apartment. From dealing with offers to progressing each sale to completion she will guide buyers and sellers during the process – she prioritises great communication and is always there to offer support at every turn.
Nicola Wilkes, Lettings Manager
Nicola brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to her role, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive the best customer service possible. She is responsible for overseeing the lettings department, meeting new landlords and managing the letting process from start to finish, making sure properties are compliant with guidelines, rent appraisals and managing credit control. Nicola loves talking to people and having the opportunity to view a variety of properties which is a real passion of hers. Nicola is a mother to her children so when she isn’t at work, she is running her own household at home. She also enjoys gardening, exercising, and walking.
Paige Clark, Sales Negotiator
Paige is a highly motivated negotiator and carries out the majority of viewings and offers our buyers her time and knowledge. She is involved all throughout the process, with an enthusiastic and friendly approach Paige makes it stress free for her clients. Paige loves her job and particularly enjoys seeing new places and meeting new people. Having moved from her hometown in Eastbourne to study in Bath, she fell in love with the city and decided to stay which led her to find her career within the property world. She enjoys reading, swimming and walking when not at work.
Georgie Murray, Tenancy Manager
Georgie brings invaluable experience to compliment Nicola with a number of years’ experience. An asset to the lettings team, she is the main point of call for all landlords and tenants throughout their tenancy which works perfectly with her kind, loyal and organised personality. Georgie spends her time focusing on managing the maintenance, arranging, and dealing with check in and check outs and ensuring 6-month inspections are complete. Alongside managing inventories, invoicing, and returning deposits. In addition, she aids in ensuring our rental apartments are compliant by managing Gas Safety certificates and electrical installation inspection reports. She loves working in the world of lettings ensuring tenants have a home where their needs are met which makes her smile daily. Georgie spends her time being a mother which is her total world. She also loves eating out, live music, travel and being with her friends and family when not at work.
Courtney Sage, Marketing Assistant
Courtney is new to the property industry but has a huge passion for marketing, so she is excited to put her knowledge and experience into a new industry. She works alongside Peter to help him adopt new strategies to increase exposure across the business and help create high-end materials. Courtney has a varied job role, but often spends her day sending out letters, creating newsletters and liaising with external marketing platform suppliers. From helping to create marvellous marketing, she love’s seeing campaigns come together from start to finish. When she isn’t at work, she loves spending time with friends and family, eating out and travel.
