SALES NEGOTIATOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales individual with the desire and commitment to succeed in this competitive marketplace. The role is predominantly office based and you will be dealing with clients and purchasers both by phone and face to face.

Main Duties

• Registering buyers accurately and recognising business opportunities
• Generating valuations, viewings and mortgage leads
• Regular client feedback and reporting
• Negotiating and progressing sales
• General office and administrative duties

Key Skills

• Previous estate agency experience is essential, you need to be able to hit the ground running from day 1.
• Proven track record within a targeted sales environment
• Confident in approach and ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Ability to multi-task and time manage 
• Customer focused with the ability to solve problems fast and effectively
