Fees

Applicant fee of £420 inc VAT which covers administration, referencing, the tenancy agreement and your check out.  The security deposit is 6 weeks' rent, and rent is usually paid monthly and in advance.  Additional fees for Saturday check-in and additional guarantors may be incurred.
